Foundations and Principles Educational Administration
Educational Administration is practical knowledge and discipline and its significance should be considered in its ability to formulate educational policies as well as lead practical activities in educational organizations. Educational administration is based on principles, assumptions, and categories that must be recognized for any action in an educational system. This book seeks to determine, describe and explain the principles of educational administration and answers three general questions: Why study educational administration, and what is the need for this study? How should it be studied? What is the nature and content of educational administration? This book seeks to analyze these three issues and answer these three ontological, epistemological, and methodological questions. It discusses the foundations and principles of educational management in three sections: concepts and theories, management processes, and educational administration, social process, and group dynamics in thirteen chapters.
