Despite the wide range of concepts and topics in the two areas of “organizational behavior” and “human relations”, the main concepts were covered by considering the theoretical foundations and knowledge gained from experience. This book has been prepared in connection with the characteristics of educational organizations and is therefore different from other existing works.
