Psychology and Education of Children with Special Needs
Children with special needs are a wide variety of children, each with their own needs, abilities, and characteristics. This group of children makes up a significant percentage of the student population in each country. These students need special and adapted training programs to realize their abilities. Efforts are currently being made to educate as many people with special needs as possible in normal education situations. In this book, an attempt has been made to address all the relevant groups in the twelve chapters, in addition to the historical and legal topics. Each chapter follows a logical order. In other words, each disorder or disability or special condition is introduced first, followed by etiology, epidemiology, methods of education, rehabilitation, and treatment, and finally, if new technologies and topics are proposed for that group, it is mentioned.
