One of the most important centers of the Muslim population in the world is located in Southeast Asia, or the Malay world. This important region includes the Malay nations, who are almost all Muslims and live in Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines. Small Muslim minorities also live in Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam.
