Iran throughout history and especially in recent centuries for various reasons has had a strategic position. It has faced strategic issues so that understanding, analysis, and impact of the most important international issues on the history and the destiny of Iran is possible only with a proper understanding of strategic issues. This book tries to analyze the most important contemporary military and strategic issues based on indigenous experiences and the latest scientific findings and provides the necessary grounds for students and others interested to better understand the issues of the turbulent contemporary world. Attempts have also been made to explain the latest developments in strategic issues while stating the continuity of key issues.
