The Fundamentals of Crisis Management (Natural and Organizational Crises)
Natural, organizational and social crises play a major role in the management of society. The formation of capable management along with the application of correct and appropriate methods to control the crisis can greatly reduce the amount of damage caused by the crisis. The capability of countries to cope with a crisis depends on a large extent of the management of natural and man-made disasters. Crisis management is a special type of applied management science that through regular observation of crises, seeks to find a tool by which it can prevent crises from occurring or in case of their occurrence, reduce their effects, being prepared to carry out operations related to relief, control, repair, and reconstruction. One of the main purposes of writing this book is to increase the managerial competency of graduate students and administrators to deal with crises.
