Descriptive Statistics for Education
This book is the result of years of teaching of the author in different educational levels and has been written with two purposes: first, to acquaint the readers with the topics of descriptive statistics and to create the ability to use the concepts and methods of descriptive statistics in organizing, summarizing and describing information obtained, conducting descriptive research; And then, familiarity with the concepts and methods of descriptive statistics in order to study and understand the statistical concepts used in scientific and research sources. The author has tried to express the topics of descriptive statistics in simple language and as far as possible from mathematical operations. He first states the statistical formulas conceptually with examples and then shows them in an operational and computational form along with practice. He has used relatively smaller samples to provide different stages of calculations and a better and deeper understanding of the issues and has also used statistical software and along with conceptual and operational methods for performing calculations.
