This book has been written according to the requirements of Iranian society. The authors have tried to match the contents of each chapter with the findings and results of domestic and indigenous research and to inform the readers about the situation of Psychopathology in Iran. In addition, they pay attention to culture-related diagnostic issues as well as cultural differences. In describing each disorder, besides the description of clinical samples, they described the disease, diagnostic criteria based on DSM-5, epidemiology, diagnostic issues related to culture, as well as differential and concurrent diagnoses, etiology, and treatment guidelines.
