The ceremonial scientific committee has arranged 26 articles written in different fields of education and educational psychology in three sections. The first section includes six articles regarding educational sciences, the second section consists of nine articles on educational issues, and the remaining 12 articles compiled on curriculum, teaching and counseling are provided in the third chapter and in a topical order.

The titles of the first part are as follows:

The necessity of establishing the heavenly science philosophy for use of researchers of educational sciences and psychology in Iran, the necessity of considering the underlying philosophical views of epistemology in the humanities to choose a research methodology emphasizing on the qualitative research methods and evaluation; the globalization process and cultural challenges; the necessity of domination of merits and worldwide thoughts; development and innovation in Islamic education; post-modernism explanation and critique in philosophy of contemporary education; the educational significance of silence from existentialist viewpoints and feasibility of including it in schools’ plans.

The titles of the second are as follows:

The necessity of recognizing the principles governing the methodology of educational issues; social capital and education; school-construction movement on the verge of Iranians' constitutionalism, learning conditions in the 21st century; education to eradicate violence; dialogue with Robert Sternberg on educational psychology; the state of education course in the humanities; status, importance, and necessity of counseling and student counseling centers and the associated effects on the educational lives of students; the significance of occupational guidance and consultation in the nation's development;  engineering teaching: strategic approach of development of  human capital management.

The titles in the third section are as follows:

Knowledge-based community and question-based educational theory; combinational approach in planning assessment; the effect of self-transformation approach on educational systems and the necessity of modification in planning and execution of curriculum; teaching-related issues; the principles of curriculum development; educational linguistics as an interdisciplinary university curriculum; meta-cognitive theory in mathematics teaching and learning process; evaluating educational progress in bachelor of arts degree through a life-long learning approach; role of information and communication technology in teaching science; eclectic approach in curriculum development; role of information technologies in the development of majoring in librarianship after the Iran's 1979 revolution.

In accordance with its research and academic obligation, SAMT feels obligated to praise and revere the brilliant professors who are the pioneers in education field. In this line, it exalts the highly respectful professor Dr. Ali Mohammad Kardan, who has trained a number of academic instructors and compiled a plethora of academic books for university students through decades. From the very beginning of its establishment, SAMT also has the honor to enjoy his cooperation.
The present book is the scientific outcome of this honoring ceremony which is meanwhile regarded as the research results carried out by professors and researchers in educational sciences.
